- Refunds or exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your order details.

- Please include your order number, reason for the request, and any relevant photos of the item(s).
- Our team will review your request and provide next steps within 2 business days.
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed using your original payment method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash).
- Refunds are typically completed within 3–7 business days after approval.
- If an exchange is preferred, we can arrange for product replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh produce, meats) cannot be returned unless delivered damaged or spoiled.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for refund or exchange.
